Section 21.1
Disposition versions
21.1. In the case of educational services belonging to the categories listed in paragraphs 1 to 5 of section 1 of the Act respecting private education (chapter E-9.1), the contract or registration form must also contain the complaint processing procedure provided for in Chapter II of the Act respecting the National Student Ombudsman (chapter P-32.01).
